As you might suspect, any campaign can be a costly endeavor! And Team Alaska’s support to see Lisa Williamson as the American Legion Auxiliary’s National President in 2023-24 is no exception. We are about halfway to our goal, but need your help!
This year, The American Legion, Spenard Post 28 in Anchorage has graciously offered to host the 2022 Calendar Raffle, run in the same manner as the Sons of The American Legion, C. Russell Huber Squadron 57 did in 2020.
2022 Calendars are currently available at Spenard Post 28, as well with various American Legion Family entities throughout Alaska. Only 1000 are available at $50 each! There will be a winner every single day in 2022. Remember winning tickets will be returned to the drawing pool for subsequent chances to WIN! Think of the odds!
Daily Winners will be posted at: www.facebook.com/Post28. So not only is this a fabulous fundraiser for Team Alaska, it is also allows each of us that have a calendar to see who the daily winners are! So it’s a FUN-raiser!
If you’re interested in purchasing a calendar (or several), email teamalaska2023@gmail.com and we will see that you get one (or more). We have various options – Venmo, CashApp, check or cash. We can even do PayPal (with a $1.50 service fee).
It may be a bit early to think about winter and the holidays, but they make excellent gifts…….hint hint!
