After a couple of year of playing it safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, the American Legion Family wasn’t able to meet like usual. We saw a lot of screen time, and looked like Hollywood Squares, but not much face-to-face. time
The Legion Family was able to meet last August in Phoenix, although many precautions were in place – masks, social distancing, hand sanitizer, etc. But we are thrilled to announce that as the pandemic lessens, we are able to meet in-person again, although we still might need to remain vigilant on precaution.
The Departments of Alaska and Kansas are extremely happy to invite our TAL Family to a reception to honor 2023-2024 National President Candidate Lisa Williamson and 2024-2025 National President Candidate Trish Ward on Sunday, May 1st from 6-8 p.m. in the Panorama Ballroom of the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel, located at 31 W. Ohio Street in Indianapolis.
