Another American Legion Auxiliary National President Homecoming has come and gone, boy was it a success!!  In honor of 2022-2023 National President Vickie Koutz, the Legion Family in Southern Indiana pulled out all the stops and treated nearly 200 members to a wonderful event.

And as a recon mission of sorts, Alaska boasted 8 members attending the event.  It gave all of another look at what needs to be done when we host members should Lisa Williamson be elected as the National President next year, by the grace of God.

There was so much fit into the schedule.  Attendees went to the League of Their Own ball field, the Log Inn, St Benedict’s Monastery, Vickie’s home Post – Boonville Post 200 – including a wonderful BBQ dinner made by none other than Past National Commander and Vickie’s husband Jim Koutz, the National Park of President Lincoln’s Boyhood Home, and Santa Claus, Indiana where we saw all things Christmas, and so so much more!!!!
Of course, the grand finale was a lovely Christmas-themed banquet with filet mignon or mahi mahi and homemade banana pudding for dessert.
And if anyone went home hungry any time this weekend, it was simply their own fault.
Thank you to the Indiana Legion Family, and especially National President Vickie for all you did!!!
